  • What is Awareness Through Movement?

Awareness Through Movement classes ( ATM ) are explorations taught in a very focused way, where you are invited to explore and find habits and patterns of movement that influence the way you express, use and feel yourself. 

  • How does a group class look like?

The lessons are guided verbally in English and Spanish simultaneously, without demonstrations, since you can find your own and unique way of interpreting any movement and executing it. Without comparing, without an external “perfect” image that you need to achieve. 

  • How does a private class look like?

In a private lesson, we will discuss your needs in real time. You can share with me what it is that you want to work with (pain, discomfort, limitations, improving performance, etc) and I will teach you a custom lesson to address what it is that you need. 

For this, you will have a video call, you will only need some space to move around and comfortable clothes.

What can I expect from a lesson?

This method allows you to change and incorporate new ways of making any everyday action, as a result, you will feel more balanced, stable, with a sensation of lightness and fluidity that will translate into your emotions and creativity. Letting go of physical restrictions will result in a new perception and expression of yourself.
